I’m a doctoral candidate in German at Stanford interested in questions of invisibility and immateriality. My research brings together visual culture, literature, media theory, and wet-plate experience to examine the history of photography. I have a PhD minor in Art History, work with artists, and am a photographer and ceramicist myself.
